Give them
Something to qualify adititive qualifications in monetary terms. Then you dont need anything but a lifetime politician. (in this case probably a shorter 'life-time).

You know what qualifies as something additive to taxation is going to keep that premise to its adjucent end. If you can add the numbers together you have got what it takes to be holding office.

Plus, plenty of situations where government gives (gives uh humm),you your privacy ,it only relates this so that the exemption can be laid out in terms of government function of distributing that privacy. - same as opt-in/opt-out.

Soon as that definition was known there was government exemption for purposes deemed neccesary in 'administration et.al.

The east coast is a 'hard economy. It is not the same as the oil producing states. Everything that is considered a service comes from something that moves or is noticed that can be part of a demand in life. Sales tax, property tax. But I kind of like the idea of New York doing the Snapple thing. This is a smaller question of propriety,or a bidding war if you would. But most could use something on the local level that could expand and return something as a dividend on the local level.

This is why some of the computing ideas are so abysmal coming from that side of the country I think. You think like,if you can see it,. You could tax it. But what you want to do is be sure the commodity is seen rather than disapeering.

As still the better part is quantifying the commodity from the fluid dynamics of cash flow. When the commodity is good to the demand that is needed both the demand side, and government side benifit.

But the idea of conservative by fluid cash flow should go hide itself in a room. And let somebody else do some talking. That way we can still see something. Without letting the cat out of the bag.

Guess I dont get a kick out of looking at the slinky at the bottom of the stair. Its not my kind of thrill.

Idea of saying we can lower taxes, raise business without also having to assess new services as well. (California problem). The blackout balance sheet has got to be getting old by now. If they would just support the general welfare. I mean a politician like a fish out of water is going to spit in the air,and like bait every shark is going to swarm. Only to find they are the newly found citizen criminals amongst the liberals.

Do you have any stories of the European Union or something.

-just talking.
