This bill is a crime. Once again this nation prefers to value its mergers with "Big Corporations" over the smaller "Innovators."

The excessive litigation exists because big companies lack the resources of mom and pops working out of their homes and offices.

Just see what Patriot Scientific had to go through to exert its patent rights PTSC.

While most innovators lack the funding to battle a big corporation this bill now discourages innovation and puts the "Robber Barrons" at the head of a newly empowered kangaroo court.

This bill is disgracefull! It sends a message that the inventions of many dreamers are mere fodder for the gain of wealthy Globalist companies.

Shame on our leaders for selling out America's patent protections, shame on our leaders for giving away our rights once again to more wealthy and powerful entities. I could only imagine and alledge that something of great value was offered our leaders for their votes and influence on this vote.

It is simply too disgraceful and Un-American, to accept. I believe it also may not even be Un-constitutional.
