eBay to stop customer service e-mail

Ebay, cannot talk to a person

I have had really BIG problems with Ebay, which Ebay caused. They insist that I have two accounts, which is not true. They have suspended my account due to non payment of things I bid on, but it is because they send messages to a non-existent account and there is no one to speak to in person. If anyone knows how to contact them by phone, I would certainly appreciate it. I have also spoken to my attorney, because it is defamation of character, accusing me of non-payment, when Ebay is the one who put my account with a wrong name. What I mean, and they may sound very confusing, but I have my email name, abcdefg.erols.com, but ebay listed me as abcdefg.aol.com, and I have never, nor will I ever have an aol.com account, so maybe this makes it easier, and for those who use ebay, you can see why I don't receive my messages from the folks who I placed a bid with and I cannnot get ebay to straighten out this mess that they caused.
