JetBlue
JetBlue claims to be a 100% M$ shop. Now granted you did say most shops; however, JetBlue is tearing up the commercial airline industry with its incredibly low cost structure. Can't their single source IT system make a strong case the contrary? The bottom line is the M$ now has an enterprise ready solution for virtually any IT requirement (Desktop, F&P, NAS, directory services, DB, web / middleware development, content mgmt, intranet portal, CRM, DNS, transaction processing, OLAP, and yes firewalls), especially when considering a single vendor solution's simplicity (i.e., primarily meaning no inter-vendor interoperability issues and patch mgmt). About the only thing M$ doesn't provide is the hardware.
