No problems for Nasa???
Actually, there have been SEVERAL stories where the Space Shuttles systems have had problems due to Windows. And there are several second sources because NASA themselves stated that although the computers onboard for research went down and had problems, they did not affect other systems which ran the shuttle and maintained life support... which weren't running Windows.

Kinda blows your theory.
