free to reply. Dont know that having a heading to the 'subject as wich pertains to anything other than being a heading itself...is something Im trying to specify. To create a heading.

Actually I would try to avoid putting a heading in that of what 'style would portray that I was trying to 'write. I know that a proper 'headline is usually extended to a basis of wich in consistant to the contextual content of what is written.

But my point is that 'any model is used as 'practice. For a website. We are lead to believe the perspective of what is 'known via something detailed as 'access. Access via descretion isn't necesary of a website if it is truly public. Because once you have registered - you are a 'member of that registration. Thus no longer public.

No sense in watching the cat chase the mouse into the hole in the wall.Unless of course the mouses actual escape IS the cats room. (guess a person would have to work for walt disney to put more motion to this than necesary).

The author for this story ,has release a story that is jit for the cater of distributive apharel. However he would choose to wear it. If that was considered publication - he would stand to reason of it. In his own right and descretion.

The general public however is not 'publication. That is why I dont attempt to 'write. .. or appear that I am some 'authority of 'write for the 'truth of 'what is written (in and of writing)...so ..

The message is a little deeper though, that of 'securing the liberty ,of wich is something the 'goods in business tend to portray as 'legal trade.Trading 'liberty for goods''is something that is that practice. Nobody had noticed that the trade was modeled as something actually not offered to mere patronage. The seller simply stated there could not be any patronage without the trade of 'liberty.

Wich you didn't know you had to exchange,or intended in the first place. As to be 'public.

-just talking.
