How about this...
If the Bush administration made companies pay more for the goods that they produce in China.... then maybe they wouldn't have to pirate American movies because they might actually be able to afford them. When things get too expensive then people pirate because they have no other choice. I've been to China and I got to meet a few people that make $100 USD a month. Somehow I doubt that they'll be buying original copies of Vista, or fill in the blank with whatever other pirated goods you want.
