Ahh Yes, the harvest is ready.

The Vista OS will play a central role. You think they don't have their ducks in a row?

Your new Vista is the cornerstone of this effort by providing MS with millions of user's data via online communication.

Just imagine how much money can be made from all those communication channels provided by activation, re-activation, countless hardware checks made in the name of ensuring a genuine product. DEon't even mention the constant communication provided by all those services. The customer loses all the way around.

Ever wonder what Vista is really doing to maike it so slow? You will never really know because source code is proproietary. It's better protected than the Coke formula. And they are not the only company doit it, But they will be the most powerful one.

Just narrow it down to the computer hardware/software industry. Who has the greatest market share of hard drives? Is it IBM, Seagate, Maxtor, Wester Digital? I don't know, but MS does and now they can target and sell this information, combine it with other data and sell it to the highest bidder. Buying this company makes sense in their business plan thanks to the Vista user management data gathering system. It's slow for a reason.
