the EU and Fed Tresuries Didn't pump money into the US stock market for not
Last week was a particularly troublesome one for investors. The EU and the US government pumped over 100 B into the market - did they not? It was at least 80 Billion. So Linux Geek can not be that far off. Microsoft was at one time the largest cap stock in the world. Hence, Microsoft was one of the companies most in need of the billions our governments put in to stabilize markets. One can assume that Microsoft itself helped with that stabilization.
