- less life, limbs and liberties suffer for the zeal to spy and track "murders", robbers, sun bathers, litters, casual jay walkers, future hippy politicians and alt bloggers. Next, police agencies push for implantation of tracker chips in citizens, . . to make it easier to find them when OnStar can't help rescue them from stranded highways and other activities . . .
