Jeremy has options, No_Ax_to_Grind does not.
No_Ax_to_Grind has no options but at least he is obedient (like a dog) and knows who his betters are (most likely anyone at Microsoft, based upon his posts). This may be his only news source for technical stuff (of which he may not know much about, based upon reading hist "technical" posts).

Jeremy has options, he can go pretty much anywhere.
