funny thing...

i have a number of things i dont buy anymore. and no, it isnt because i am pirating it. i used to listen to metallica back in high school, for instance. when napster started out and metallica seemed to be the biggest voice against them, i decided to boycott metallica. some groups actually made music exclusively for napster and i thought that was great. even though i still dont buy music cd's. i buy movies but i will make sure none are made by viacom because of the lawsuit. i have already quit buying from EA games because they pulled the plug on an online game for no apparent reason and at the cost of many fans of earth and beyond.

if we email these companies we will only be caught in a spam filter somewhere. as consumers we can make our voice heard by not buying products or services and then we will be heard through their pocketbook. that is the loudest voice.
