You have it exactly right. The only people they are getting with these laws are the most naive/stupid of 'sexual offenders' (of which there would be less or none if they would just legalize pedosexual relationships and bring them out in the open, and also start being tough on women who get drunk/drugged, then try to cry rape).

My daughters were told VERY early in their lives that pedosexuals were not dangerous to them (I am one and I told them that!) unless they hid their relationships with them from me and their mother/maternal grandparents (their paternal grandparents think pedosexuals are 'monsters' but they are ********, I have to say that even though they are my parents!).
I told them I didn't want to hear what they were DOING with the adults (to protect myself from having to report the adults in question to the police and others) but I did want to know: 1. Who they were hanging out with, 2. Where they were hanging out with them, and 3. Any rumors about them doing bad things with other children (not sex, hurting them in other ways).
I also told them very early that they were NOT to meet someone who they met by mail, pen-pal letters, or the internet (more recently) by themselves, and if they wanted to meet someone they met on line to tell me and I would go with them to meet the person in question and 'pass my judgement' on them.

People are going to have to realize that the best way to protect children is to NOT try to protect them from experiences, sexual and not, and allow them to make their own choices, mistakes, etc. in their lives.
Put girls on birth control very early to protect them from the 'heat', teach boys about condoms and other birth control very early and supply both with birth control at NO COST!
