I hear all the talk here about power plants poluting BUT
Statisticaly speaking power plant will still be poluting if we use electric engines or not. WE NEED POWER!!!!! however if we replace as many vehiclse as we can with non poluting ones, it will help. Aslo even with the issues such as storing and disposing the radioactive waist the nuclear plants are very much enviromentaly friendlyer then regular ones and as we switch to use more nuclier plants for electricity production we will be going clenarer, include with this solar and wind power and maybe water currents generators (power of/from the water) and we should be good for long wile.

We need to start some where, if we do not try and dvelope technology we will never be green and focil fuel dependancy free.

we proboly will need some machinery that will use the focil fuel burning engines for a while since heavy machinery is difficult to make it electric (not enought power) but it would be much less of a drag in the long run.
