If my employer paid Joe instead of me, it would absolutely be my employers fault and they alone should bear the responsibility. Joe did nothing wrong, and I'd be an idiot to sue Joe when it was the employer who screwed up.

Sure, Eminem should seek damages, but from the ones who are responsible for Apple having his music. Apple presumably signed a contract with the label who appear to hold the copyrights of Eminems songs, who knows who owns the copyrights?

Point being that it seems that Voska is right about Eminem focusing on the wrong target.
