Yes, if...
If you find another way to influence arrogant businesses. FCC has been taking care of cramming, spamming, fraud and any scam.

Thank to FCC (whcih I used in the past reporting variety of incidents on my personal phone service) we had those companies put "back into track" so they cannot let themselves play games with powerless otherwise customers.

Thank to them I received all restoration and refunds caused by aggressive, rude and fraudulent activity by telephone service providers.

If did not have FCC then you would be surprized that service was partitioned the way that billing and actual service were provided by two different companies and none of them wanted to resolve issuse of cramming type.

Also cheap prepaid calling card services need supervison as most of us using them already expereinced fraud and misdemeanor by providers.

Are you really sure you know what you are saying? I think you judge by press read rather than by your presonal experience.
