Oh come on...
Closet case.
At least I will admit that I like watching it.

Insult me as much as you want. I have nothing to admit. I have not, do not, and will not watch any rubbish about ghosts and/or the "paranormal" as they seem to like to call it.

To me it is like thinking that we are the only planet in any Solar System, in any Galaxy, capable of supporting life. With all of the actual scientific proof of other planets are you going to tell me that THAT is not a possibility?

Ok, now you're talking about real science. Of course there are other planets in the universe. We know that for a fact. Are there other earth-like or otherwise habitable planets somewhere in the universe? I don't know. Is there any other life in the universe other than us? Again, I don't know. Do I believe there is? Yes, I do. Nature is a most efficient resource manager, so why have an entire universe for a single planet of self-absorbed hairless apes?

The only reason we cannot prove life exists elsewhere is that we can't go look for ourselves.

The reason people can't prove ghosts exist is because they don't. There are 6 billion of us here to look for proof. If ghosts and other such rubbish exist, we'd have hard evidence of it that would stand up to scrutiny by REAL scientists.

Or if you are highly religious then how about this: Do you believe in God? If you do then why? Have you ever seen God? Do you have actual physical and scientific proof that God exists?

I don't know. However, considering the stakes, I'd rather believe and be proven wrong than not believe and be proven wrong.

And again I will admit that I like watching it. I will also admit that *gasp* I own several books about paranormal phenomenon. Because I find it fascinating. The way I would find a good Nora Roberts book fascinating. Or a good Anne Rule book.
Does this make me some sort of nut job? Nope. If it does in your opinion then that is you loss, not mine.

So there's nothing wrong with you for believing in it, but there IS something wrong with other people because they do not believe in it as well?
