- Offshore should compete, not cheat

The arrogance of which you speak, is exactly the reason that offshoring is such a big deal. It is stealing the life from a country which set a standard for the world to follow.
Instead the rest of the world, at businesses profit, are attempting to low-ball the jobs from this country. This is economic warfare and consultants like you are the "Benedict Arnolds" short of CEO's of major companies.
Here's my fix, every tech company should be taxes on every cent it has made since 1990. You wouldn't be so happy then especially since the tech industry went basically untaxed because of the promise of service sector jobs.
