- Give Microsoft credit...... Honor Granny Gates
-
Hasn't Microsoft always operated in the clouds?
"Give Microsoft credit"?
Have you ever called a Microsoft number and got an answer from anyone in the US that speaks English? When? Yeah, I give Microsoft credit alright. Credit for embezzling every penny they can from anybody they can. If granny Gates is still alive, i'd bet they were embezzling from her too."
"I have given them credit for all they do
I've been down the reactivation road and I can confirm it's not always possible to talk with somebody in India and understand them as it's a hit an miss. MS has brought the computer software and hardware to new heights time and time again, I commend them for all they've done and credit them with infinite hard work. However the sword has two edges and an equal credit lies with them for forcing people to go through all of this with the 42 digit reactivation procedure with somebody who can not be understood at times. More than once I've had to reactivate and not always able to due to the inability to understand some guy in India. MS has chosen to force us to use our time to validate and activate, reactivate their software. I bought it unknowing that this was part of the license terms and conditions. Well, I buy it no longer, hello linux, mac and unix as none of these require me to spend my time doing anything after buying it."

"Granny and United Way
It was the son of Bill Gate's mother that had access through the United Way to IBM executives who eventually purchased Seattle Micro's rebranded Microsoft DOS operating system. Granny, now departed, had always been there for the criminally minded. Her son had nothing to sell to IBM at the time but did so anyway. That is criminally minded - and bright as in "brightest men in the room". It is fraudulent. It is something US citizens are required to chat about in order for our society to remain free. To chat ill about the departed is vile, so lets go no further in that direction and chat of the living instead. Today the United Way operating out of Washington State is a scandal ridden organization about to be further scandalized by what Bill Neukom, formerly the Brad Smith of Microsoft, and a friend of Granny and the God Father has done.Neukom set up a matching grant for the United Way's administrative costs and got the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation to put up the funds for the match. This sounds good doesn't it? Only this week the vile nature of the matching grant was exposed in Puget Sound Business Weekly. But you have to read the article. It is mildly written, almost in a fear full style. It does not come right out and say that the grant is designed for fraud but when you know that potential doners judge charities by the percentage of operating costs to donations it clearly is. It is the same kind of off book accounting that got Enron in trouble. Via the grant the United Way will get off book advantage with less efficiencies and oversight. Not the way the US wants to go post 911. The United Way operating out of Washington State is now able to pay its executives and others - even terrorists - anything they want up to the amount of the Neukom matching grant deal without it looking bad to potential contributors which include (owing to a payroll deduction program) every state worker. I even imagine strings attached that will control the Administration of the United Way for ever more. Remember that Neukom groomed Abramoff not only at the company he chaired until it went out of business (Preston Gates and Ellis) but also while he made decisions as an officer of Microsoft, taking recommendations from Abramoff regarding consultants to hire to get Microsoft out of its antitrust and permatemp problems. Remember also that the B&M Gates Foundation helped lauder Abramoff charity dollars and suspect that the United Way out of Washington state did the same and now needs hush money. We should never tire of this story. It needs to be told for generations. The story of Gates, Neukom, Abramoff and Microsoft. A Sarb Ox law applying to Charities is so so necessary. More US Citizens need to judge the Gates family. We unlike EU citizens are allowed to say just about anything we want involving public families because this is how our society deals with consumer fraud. In other countries consumer fraud is dealt with by the government. Here we deal best we can by word of mouth."
