"Most legal observers discount the legal claims by SCO as illegitimate. But there are bigger challenges to contemplate than those from SCO."

I've seen this seemingly thousands of times, but the beat seems to go on and on like the Eveready Bunny! The OSS advocates need to get some of these favorable legal observers elected/appointed to judgeships so that the courts can be rid of such nonsense, if it really be nonsense. For myself, I can't help but wonder what David Boies sees in all this. Surely not total disgrace and ignominy purely for a shot at a legal fee? Of course I accepted the USofA's entry into the Iraq fiasco on the basis of the UN speech of Colin Powell, too. Is everything a myth?
