- cheap components and/or faulty ones will bite you in the back end MS. At least someone got you to extend the warranty. Since it's not as 'revolutionary' as the PS3, it really shouldn't be too hard to make a solid console after decades of consoles existing. Well, this explains all the consoles on eBay.
