AMD's quad-core 'Barcelona' coming in August

SMP: Although mutlithreaded/SMP aware code is nice, an OS that is SMP based will give substantial improvement on a multicore machine. The various Linucies and BSD's do a great job, and I believe M$ XP and Vista are SMP aware.
