Why yes, it might just be hooking up hose...
According to HP's documentation under "Chilled Water Requirements" (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00600082/c00600082.pdf) They say it can simply be hooked up to the building's chilled water system. Now it's probably not a rubber hose, but could be copper or PVC.

In any case, I'm a little leary of running conductive liquids next to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
