Gee, a political debate. Well we need a real immigration policy and inforcement.
Federal ID no matter how shoved back to the States? I dont think so in any way shape or form. Those that look to it to help solve immigration problems, etc. are looking towards an easy fix. It is placing blind trust not only of who is currently in power, but those who will follow after them fore years. Look to some of the writings of those in Nazi Germany how it works and what even a primative ID card was able to allow.
This is not a comment on the Bush administration, nor Democratic vs Republican vs etc etc. I dont trust trading information (freedome) for security that will not make my life more secure despite the advertisments.
