the big media companies want servers held accountable for infringement but refuse to answer for their own reckless disregard for life and property by publishing extremely violent content.

Google shouldn't have to be responsible for offending when it clearly states in the user agreement that the user is not to post copyright encumbered pieces that the user does not own the rights thereof.

DMCA piece of crap.

google is not a law enforcement entity and should not be forced to behave like one.
