Waving a magic wand?

Ordering this done and getting this done are as opposed as night and day! While they're at it, why not tax air?

The recording industry is trying to do the equivalent of taxing air, and bribing politicians to dictate every manner of law to try to accomplish their greedy goals. Once music is in the public domain, trying to attach a chain back to the recording industry is an exercise in tyranny, Period! It's just not practical if you enjoy the benefits of a free society. Waving the politico "magic wand" and dictating to universities that they should impead human behavior is tantamount to demanding that a university must successfully stop human sexual activity. Aint gonna happen! EVERY technology developed to try to stop people from sharing what they perceive to be their property, a counter technology will be developed to break it! Why? For the same reason the recording industry wants a long chain into us all! Money! Right now, the technology exists to break a shared product into any number of pieces, encrypt and compress each little piece and send it at various times to various people, one itty bitty piece at a time over several minutes, hours, days, etc, and the receiver simply clicks a radio button and it all gets put back together! It goes over the internet as random, very small, undecypherable noise! The days of trying to limit using material that is disseminated broadly onto the public domain ARE OVER! Time to rethink the whole issue! Christian Morality constrains those who desire to do what's right! Politically correct relativism instead of Biblical Morality has no such constraints! What has gone around, is now comming around! What now?
