Thank you Anton, I was thinking exactly the
same thing. Why couldn't they send out an
email to all of their users, inform them of
the problem, and provide them with a link
or instructions on what to do? Given the fact
that a lot of that SPAM can be traced back
to specific locations on their network they
shouldn't have too much trouble identifying
who's causing the problems and then help their
users to correct the problem.
