It doesn't matter, its still a pile of crap.
Do not lend you iPod full of music to your best Friend, you just cant do it, this is why, its too dangerous, way to dangerous. Her little brother gets ahold of it one night and downloads all the music and next thing hes sharing over the internet with music with your name on it. Who care how you might defend yourself in such a situation, who needs the hassle? I mean really? Come on, if the watermark is there to trace the copy of the song back to the original purchaser then thats the most screwed up thing I have ever heard. It assumes that if any copy of an itune turns up where it really shouldn't the original purchaser of the song is to blame and should then have a legal problem to solve.

Thats the most screwed thing I have heard in years. How about sell your ipod full of songs to Joe Blow never met him before?? Opps! Dint dare do that!! Those songs are valuable Apple property that are on loan to you and god knows what illegal things that cretin might do with those songs!! Now you pay the price. How many people do you think are even a little bit aware of the variety of problems they might now get blamed for if something eventually get done with their 10 or 20 gigs of itunes that Apple doesn't like happening.

So remember! Now if you download an itune, its something like a handgun, you bought it so its your responsibility to keep track of it and not let anything Apple doesn't want to happen to it, even by mistake, that is unless you like going through legal hassles to establish you are innocent and played no part in the actual activity Apple doesn't like. Sounds like fun? NOT. So keep in mind, ever itune you download is now your responsibility to keep safe and sound until its destroyed. Slip up and there might be some explaining you have to do. Owning an itune is a serious responsibility. Keep that in mind.
