It's the lack of disclosure and lack of security
that is the bigger news, not so much the fact that they are watermarking it at all. The fact that the information is available in clear text, and that they never disclosed this fact, is a huge security blunder. All you need is a text editor to change the information to somebody else's name and account number you've managed to hijack. And it's easy to hijack that info because all you need to do is steal one file from someone else.
