There's only one real malware deterent.: It comes from a[url=http://mosnews.com/news/2005/07/25/spammerdead.shtml]2005 "murder" of a notorious Russian spammer.[/url] Congress should make such lynching of any pusher or programmer of spyware, or any other form of malware, legal.
