but accurate, common sense statements are not allowed.

As I recall, way back in the NT 3.51 days the only way a Windows computer could pass government security standards was if it had neither removable media (floppy) or a network connection.

That is apparently still the case but stating it in public is against the policy of most technical writers and publications.
