Facts correct

Incadescent lights do not flicker. They provide light by heating an element. The
element does not cool sufficiently to dim between current changes in AC current.
Flourescent tubes, on the other hand, do flicker because an electric current is
used to excite the phosphors in the bulb, and that does flicker with the current
change.

And LED bulbs can buzz because it requires a transformer to take ac to direct
current and that can result in noise as well as radio interference.

The fact is the incadescent bulb is the best overall lighting solution, and the only
reason it is now labeled evil is because environmental nazis are feeling their
muscles in telling you what you can and cannot do.
