Googles problem..,
Why are are you so stuck on having someone here find the copyright information for videos? If I were in the business of posting copyrighted material (as YouTube is) then I would assemble a staff of people to research these items and handle it.

Just because you seem to think that something may be difficult does not make the need for it go away. Just because I may find it difficult to find out who owns the copyright to a photo does not mean I can skip that step and use it anyway. Of course I can but then I will have to pay. And if YouTube is using copyrighted material (which we know they are) then they should have to pay for that material. I do not care if they are making money on it or not, they have used copyrighted material without permission. Period!
