Why not put your money where your mouth is? Go on YouTube, take the top 100 videos and post a detailed list of who the copyright holder is for each one. Include on that list full contact information, and the results of your contacting them to find out whether permission has been granted for posting of the video.

Go on. Do it. Or stop talking out your *ss demanding YouTube do things that are impossible.
