Verizon asked the judge to throw out the new trial?
The judge should deny Verizon's request.

I'm sorry Verizon. I can see Verizon's future.

Why? If this case is successful and Vonage loses, I can tell that Verizon will file a lawsuit against SunRocket, Packet8, etc.

Verizon, you are limiting our choice and our rights for choosing a phone provider.

Expecting to pay $50+/month to a traditional phone company?

Sorry, this is not going to work.

Drop the case, NOW!!! I heard enough from Verizon.

PS: Despite being hearing impaired, I won't be signing up for a [url=www.captionedtelephone.com]CapTel (Captioned Telephone)[/url] service -- UNTIL the lawsuit is dropped and the patents gets thrown out!! I'm sorry but I can't wait to see this done ASAP!!!
