The part listed as the roller from within the fuser is actuallly the transfer roller that is under the image drum from the toner cartridge. The foam on that roller wouldn't stand up to the heat from the fuser and would turn into an awesomely gooey mess.

Other than that, yes these things are great little workers, and some of the current HP printers are ok, I'd like to see them be a lot quieter though. The new models of printers make so much more noise compared to their predicessors that they can be annoying to have in a small office.
