Patent problems.
That's why patents don't work as they are now. I could throw a ton of things that I think should be done differently in brainstorming session and you could probably find a ton of reasons they won't work. That's the problem with patents. The system just doesn't work anymore.

With Obvious the more knowledge we have the more obvious everything becomes. With more people are educated the more obvious things become. That's just how it works. Is there a fix? I don't know.
