- U.S. schools may join inexpensive-laptop project

The good news is that it will run Windows so now these kids won't be left in the dark. Windows will provide a robust learning platform with compability nearly the world over for them to share files and applications with.
But despite all the great news of Windows being shipped on the OLPC project I'd still like to see educators go back to their roots and start teaching. We need books, pencils and pens, paper, and the most important an organized teaching structure. Go back to the basics and teach math, geography, penmanship.
