This is beyond mind boggling. What a freaking waste of money. I can just imagine the structural complexity of such a building, the load bearing columns need to be much much tougher than anything we know since it has to handle the possibly imbalanced angular momentum of each floor spinning. God forbid, I don't want to see what's going to happen if they fail to do proper load balancing.
What a truly phenomenal waste of good money. If they can't put it to good use at least why not donate some to their muslim bretheren in poor African countries or Indonesia?
