What an incredible waste of money.
This is beyond mind boggling. What a freaking waste of money. I can just imagine the structural complexity of such a building, the load bearing columns need to be much much tougher than anything we know since it has to handle the possibly imbalanced angular momentum of each floor spinning. God forbid, I don't want to see what's going to happen if they fail to do proper load balancing.

What a truly phenomenal waste of good money. If they can't put it to good use at least why not donate some to their muslim bretheren in poor African countries or Indonesia? That would at least put some food into hungry mouths and shelter over some destitutes heads.
