Umm, WHY??
Okay, I can maybe understand the wind turbine thing - but why make a skyscraper rotate all of its floors? Talk about a waste of money . . .

Also, they look pretty structurally questionable - I'd hate to see what would happen to that garden one with its thin core during a storm or hurricane!
