AMD is victim of M$ poor Vista sales.
People are avoiding M$ Vista like the plague for a number of reasons. (DRM, lack of driver support, incompatibility, bugs, etc.)
This in turn hurts all PC sales in which Vista is bundled with ardware.

Dell has announced that will start shipping Windows XP on newly built PC's.
