I know someone will hate me for this but

First let me say that yes, getting them this kind of thing is good. I'm not denying that. Sure they need assistance, I'm not denying that. I'm also not saying DON"t HELP THEM.
What I am saying is help the people in our own damn country first for crying out loud. We give all of this humanitarian aid to people in other countries. That is a good thing. But we still have so much wrong that is rampant in our own that we do nothing about.
We put so much time and effort into helping people in places that we may never see or meet but we ignore what is on our own back door.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't help out. I'm saying we need to clean up at home first.
That being said I wonder just what these kids will be able to do with these laptops.
