Not quite sure what to make of the houses. Is it model as in the ideal house; or model as in a shell[ "Camelot!" "Camelot!" "It's only a model."]

It's a strange idea if you translate it to your own town or city. Imagine someone building large palaces in your neighbourhood to encourage you to be a billionaire? Hmmm.
