The REAL Lesson: Say no to M$!
I was at my Linux User Group meeting that my friend Bernie runs in his parents' basement today, and while a few of us were throwing darts at the Bill Gates dartboard we made (except for Joe, who accidentally hit the huge portrait of Linus Torvalds with a dart... I'm suspecting more and more every day that he's really a paid M$ shill, sent to infiltrate our group and spread FUD..but I digress), when Bob saw this article on ZDNet. I HAD to come on to comment.

Clearly the only lesson that needs to be learned is that ALL M$ products, especially Windows XP (Xtra Problems), are completely insecure and should never be trusted. If you absolutely MUST use Windows XP (Xtra Problems), then I strongly recommend you follow the advice of the person who posted above me - disconnect it from the Internet. In fact, move it at least 10 feet from any Ethernet port, just to be sure.

The REAL solution, however, is to use the PERFECT Linux OS, which never has ANY viruses, patches, trojans, or spyware! It is 100% secure and can NOT be hacked or compromised in any way. In fact, it's a complete breeze to install and configure the firewall. No anti-virus software is necessary.

The AWESOME team of 100's of programmers in the Open Source community all around the world fixes any problems in Linux BEFORE they even occur so you can be completely sure that your computing experience will be PERFECT.

Down with M$! Praise Linux! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
