False sense of security
In deed, it only takes one hole to ruin an armada of systems. The whole system is as weak as it's weakest member. Such a member exists in every organization.

The patches will NEVER solve the underlying problems in security. If vendors like Microsoft do not design all their systems from the security point of view right from the start, there will never be anything but false sense of security.
