Good thought, but reality catches you before you make it happen..
What do you do if you are an enterpreneur and just cant get a qualified american ?

What if they show up with diplomas and Phd's and cant analyse a single process or write a code of line ? What if your customer doesnt want to hear all these things and if you softwarecompany doesnt deliver its "american" stuff he will buy it from europe ?

Think yourself in the boss of that softwarecompany. Desperateley advertising, willing to pay twice as much (even though the products are not competitive anymore), advertising all over like crazy, just not getting skilled people ?
