why not replace
expensive executives who can't justify their excessive salaries
with lower cost employees too? All this offshoring and H-1B
worker importation is occurring because the overpaid executives,
who make more than 50x the annual pay of their least-paid
employees, need to reduce labor costs elsewhere in their company.

The list of executives making enormous salaries is long and
varied: the former Exxon head who left with a 400 miollion
payday, the former Home Depot chairman, Michael Eisner,
Comcast head, etc.

I wouldn't be surprised if these people made tempting soft targets for
al-Qaeda.
