I see more jobs being eroded, going overseas.
H1B employees comprise a significant proportion of today's workforce. It works this way today because it is profitable for companies. The moment we have these new restrictions we're going to see more and more jobs going overseas to cheaper countries like India. With the world being so well networked today, these laws are only going to accelerate the erosion of local jobs to offshore sites like India, China, etc, something which is already well under way for many years now.
