Let us take a physical (non-electronic) example: the Robert Mapplethorpe exhibit that was in Cincinatti, Ohio some years ago (10-20 years). While not XXX, it wound up in Federal District Court on Smut charges, and this was a Museum Exhibit!

Keep one thing in mind about this: it was all Male. This is very important, considering that Cincinatti is alot like Orlando, Florida: Rabid Fundie.

My instincts told me at the time, that IF the exhibit was female and/or male/female, there would have been NO charges brought against it.

Robert Mapplethorpe was gay (he died of HIV/AIDS), and the exhibit was after his death.

How does the above apply to Electronic Medium (Internet)??? It does apply, you just have to figure it out.
