Lazy, lazy Viacom
All of these media companies seem to think they can take advantage of current copyright law without doing the actual legal work required by those laws. We've seen the RIAA demanding colleges remove files from servers because they had names that kind of sounded like they might be song titles. Now we have Viacom demanding the removal (and demanding $1 billion) over files that they obviously haven't checked for accuracy.

I'm all in favor of copyright holders protecting their property, but come on, stop trying to cheap out. Do the work. Obey the same laws you expect others to obey.
